An internship is a valuable stepping stone to a future career for any student seeking for a right field experience. TBG recognizes the need to provide internship programs. Our intakes are all year round. Our efforts to focus the internship experience through focus groups, gardening practices and guest lecturers. Interns get a chance to be assigned and interact one-on-one with our experienced supervisors for skill sets from principles of gardening, herbarium techniques, birding, to commercial horticulture.
Intern welfare is paramount, and limited accommodation is available.
Both local and international students are accepted.

• Tourism and tour guiding
Individuals can also tailor make their internship programme to suite their interests.
• Background check
• Be at least 18 years old
• Minimum service hour commitment based on volunteer position requirements
• Ability to do physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in horticulture with a focus on the skills of the specific internship.
• Experience teamwork, cooperation, and responsibility.
